PERSONAL INJURY CASE RESULTS

3. A nursing home van driver, while pumping gas at a local gas station without warning, had his low back crushed when another customer drove off with the gas nozzle still in his tank. 11. A 23 year old pregnant female was fired by her employer after learning that she was pregnant. The employer denied liability. A recovery was obtained in the amount of $500,000.
